Once again: IF this understanding is correct; then a natural occurrence of the cold plasma described above may be the source of the destabilization we describe in “The Swords of Ezekiel.”
In verse 6 of chapter 39, God tells Ezekiel that he will send fire on Magog and on those who dwell “carelessly” (KJV), or, “securely” (Berean) on the coastlands: We believe that the fire is a solar storm, a couple orders of magnitude (100 x) or more (1,000 x) larger than any in recorded history. We further expect that this solar super-storm will occur immediately after the barley or the wheat harvest in Israel. This timing of late spring or summer would coincide with the Northern Hemisphere being pointed towards the disc of the sun (solar disc). This orientation would be in keeping with maximum impact of a solar storm descending into the Northern Hemisphere. Severe atmospheric disturbances can be expected if this were to happen. The events of May 11th and 12th are an illustration of the timing of such an event.
